Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the influence of the physical security quality for the building security of an air navigation service provider. At first, the research of legislation in the field of civil aviation had been done. The focus was on the requirements for ensuring the quarding. Subsequently the current state of the organization was described. It specifies the ways of the facility quarding, including the performance of control activities. Next part is an analysis of security risks affecting the quality of the quarding and reliability of the human factor. Finally, it evaluates the current state of the organization of the guarding in terms of legal and normative regulations. It submit possible proposals for the quarding risk factors reduction and their economic evaluation.
