Návrh strategie vybraného lyžařského areálu

Abstract

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to propose strategy for selected ski resort. Strategy will be elaborated on the basis of analysis of entrepreneurial background and analysis of the company. In the first part is thesis focus on explain of theoretic terms and several methods which are important to choose the right strategy. Next follow the part with own analysis of ski resort and after this follow results of examination and proposals which were obtained through the use of strategy analysis. From this results and proposals is proposed the right strategy for ski resort.
