Abstract
The main topic of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of recruitment process in Ostrava division of company Okin Group, a.s., finding potential shortcomings and recommendations for their elimination. It presents the analysis of the recruitment process in company from handling a job advertisement, through job advertisement publication up to accession to work, followed by suggestions regarding shortcomings detected in the analysis. This thesis should establish the importance of human capital in the organisation , also introduce the recruitment process in the company and help to eliminate the possible shortcomings and suggest the improvements in it.
