Abstract

Anotation: The aim of the thesis „Quality Inspection in the Postal Services in the Transport of Consignments“ is an improvement of the control system of The Czech Post, public enterprise, in the field of ordinary letter-mail deliveries and an improvement of a qualities of the services supplier in this field. This thesis defines a substance of a quality of services and a ways of their checking. The thesis also includes a presentation of the company, its system of the quality and the mechanism of control used in the company, especially the mechanism orientated on the time of delivery ordinary letter-mail. The solution for finding the best improvements is an analysis of the control system of The Czech post, public enterprise, in the field of shipment of ordinary letter-mail and setting of the problematic area of their deliveries. Needed dates were got by special measuring. The analysis of acquired dates was done by statistic methods monitoring the frequency of occurrence of observed phenomena. Indicators of variability were used for analysis of causes and critical causes for finding a variability of results. The results of the analysis were used for finding the optimal improvement of internal control system. It should also improve mail services for population in the field of shipment time and the market position of the company as well.
