Abstract

„Muzeum, Ostrava - Petřkovice“, the subject of this thesis, is the process of implementation of project documentation for construction work according to the bachelor work assignment. Basement and first aboveground floor of museum object are solution of this work. The project of the museum is based on an advance made urbanistic studies in the area of semester work Atelier construction III and from architectonic study in the area of semester work Atelier construction IV. I wanted to create a structure that would serve in maximum way its purpose in terms of aesthetic, technical and economic. Object is design with a focus on logical division according to the historical period in each floor. It responds to the historical context, surrounding buildings and nature framework in neighborhood with simple form and expression. There is a main entrance area with atrium in solved object. Atrium goes throw individual floors of this historical exposure.
