Analýza bezpečnosti v lakovně dřevěných výrobků

Abstract

The objective of my thesis is the design of safety measures addressing identified risks in the paint shop of wooden products. The introductory part discusses the dangers in the paint shop of wooden products. I describe the paint shop and the surface treatment technology used. Subsequently I focus to the fire safety equipment aimed to prevent a fire. Number of fires in the similar environments together with other related information is shown in the statistics covering the period of 2001-2010. Later on I focus on the determination of technical and safety parameters of the mixtures used. I use the laboratory measurements to analyze and assess risks and evaluate potential fire hazard. The conclusion is dedicated to the design of safety measures that could improve the safety in the paint shop.
