Model regulace glykémie v prostředí Matlab Simulink - laboratorní úloha

Abstract

The Bachelor thesis briefly describes physiological process of blood glucose control by insulin and glucagon. There is presented structure and function of the pancreas. The biggest part of the thesis deals with the model of blood glucose control, created in program Matlab Simulink. The model allows us to examine changes in concentrations of insulin, glucagon and blood glucose. Use of the model is provided by the graphical user interface in which some parameters can be changed. The work includes laboratory task and sample protocol.
