Vliv obchodních řetězců na činnost drobných podnikatelů

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení vlivu působení obchodních řetězců na existenci a činnost drobných podnikatelů v maloobchodě a to převážně v obci Hodslavice u Nového Jičína. Práce bude zaměřena na analýzu dlouhodobé činnosti drobného podnikatele, která se vlivem silné konkurence velkých obchodních řetězců dostala do existenčních problémů. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se charakteristiky podnikání a termínů s tím souvisejících. Praktická část je věnována analýze činnosti a faktorů, které působí na chod obchodní činnosti a vyhodnocením vlivu konkurence na činnost drobného podnikatele. V neposlední řadě je součástí práce charakteristika působnosti obchodních řetězců na území České republiky.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of influence of operation of chains stores on the existence and activity of small entrepreneurs in the field of retail business, particularly in the village Hodslavice next to Nový Jičín. The thesis will be focused on an analysis of a long-term operation of a small entrepreneur, who has been facing business viability problems due to strong competition caused by the operation of chain stores in the area.

The theoretical part part will serve to provide definitions of basic terms closely related to the characteristics of business.

The practical part will be contributed to analysis of activities and factors which affect the operations of business. In addition to that, the practical part will also cover the evaluation of the influence of competition on the activity of a small entrepreneur. Least but not last, the characteristics of activity of chain stores on the premises of the Czech Republic will be presented.
