Protipovodňová opatření na Sušicku

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá povodněmi v obci s rozšířenou působností Sušice. Zaměřuje se na obce, které byly značně zasaženy povodní v roce 2002. Konkrétně na Hrádek u Sušice a Kašovice na řece Ostružné, Rejštejn na Otavě a Losenici, Volšovy na Volšovském potoce a Sušici na Otavě. Součástí je vývoj počtu a druhů techniky JPO mezi jednotlivými povodněmi až po současnost. Cílem práce je pak návrh zabezpečení města Sušice a vytipovaných objektů na řece Otavě a jejích přítocích vhodným protipovodňovým opatřením. Dále vytvoření karet sil a prostředků pro jednotky požární ochrany a stanovení postupu činnosti.

The thesis deals with floods in the municipality with the extended scope of authority Sušice. The thesis focuses on villages that have been significantly affected by the floods in 2002. Namely, Hrádek u Sušice and Kašovice on the Ostružná River, Rejštejn on the Otava and Losenice River, Volšovy on the Volšovský brook and Sušice on the Otava River. Part of the thesis is to map the development of the numbers and kinds of fire protection unit’s technical equipment between individual floods till the present. The aim of the thesis is to suggest the protection of the village Sušice and the selected buildings on the Otava River and its tributaries with the use of appropriate flood control measures. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the creation of the cards of forces and instruments for the fire protection units and for the establishment of operating procedures.
