Zhodnocení interní komunikace v organizaci

Abstract

The subject of the thesis is analysis of internal communication in company Suntel Czech s.r.o. The theoretical part of the thesis analyzes the starting points of communication, its definition and diagram. Furthermore the proces of communication, its forms, direction and goals are described. In the practical part, based on the personal examination and on the personal interviews. the analysis of current state was made. The output of the thesis is recommendation for improving internal communication which are evaluated on base of their benefits and time and financial costs.
