Hodnotenie efektívnosti investície vo vybranom priemyselnom podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zameriava na hodnotenie efektívnosti použitých prostriedkov na zvolený investičný projekt, ktorý bol uskutočnený daným podnikateľským subjektom. Hlavným cieľom tejto práce je na základe teoretického vymedzenia problematiky investícií, analyzovať konkrétny investičný projekt podniku, a to prostredníctvom vybraných metód a zvážiť prospešnosť realizácie tohto projektu. V prvej časti diplomovej práce je charakterizovaný podnik Resolux, s. r. o., ktorý uskutočnil analyzovanú investíciu. Ďalšia časť sa zaoberá teoretickými východiskami z oblasti investícií a následne sú tieto poznatky aplikované v analytickej časti práce. Nasledujúca praktická časť je tvorená technicko – ekonomickou štúdiou investície a prepočtami, ktoré posudzujú výhodnosť realizácie investície. Prínosom tejto práce je posúdenie efektívnosti analyzovanej investície.

The diploma thesis focuses on the efficiency assesment of the resources used for the chosen investment project, which was carried out by the given business subject. The main objective of this thesis is based on theoretical definition of the issue of investment, analyze the specific invetment project of company, through selected methods and consider the benefits of implementing this project. In the first part of the diploma thesis is characterized company Resolux, s. r. o., which carried out the analyzed investment. The next part focuses on the theoretical basis of investment and consequently these findings are applied in the analytical part of the thesis. The following practical part consists of a technical-economic study of investments and calculations that assess the feasibility of realization of the investment. The benefit of this thesis is to assess the effectiveness of the analyzed investment.
