Porovnání vlastností poloautomatických a plně automatických svarových spojů

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the description of welding processes and the comparison of properties and quality of semi-automatic and fully automatic welded joints. Theoretical part describes the mechanisms of the weld, welding methods, weldability conditions of steel components, the influence of chemical elements on the quality of the weld, the classification of welding defects and tests of the mechanical properties and quality of welded joints. Experimental part deals with macroscopic and microscopic inspection of the welded joint and observation of phase transformations in heat-affected zone, basic and additional material. And also by measuring and comparing the mechanical properties of a welds created by a semi-automated and fully automated devices.
