Rodinná vila

Abstract

The aim of my bachelor work is processing of project documentation for realization of engaged part of the family villa. This villa is situated on the in-plane lot in build-up area of family houses at the end of village Stachovice. The family villa is proposed for the family of four people. The object is partly cellarage and there are two overground floors and basement floor. There are platforms in each of the overground floor. The roof of the villa is design as flat roof. The building is formed by two ashlars. The bigger ashlar is living part of the villa. This part is penetrated with the smaller ashlar of garage. There is the terrace on the roof of the garage. Living part of the house is design qith rounded quoins. This solution of the shape results from a draft of circle, which is symbol of family.
