Ekonomické aspekty nekalé soutěže, její právní úprava a možnosti jejího zlepšení

Abstract

In my thesis I dealt with the issue of unfair competition in the Czech Republic. The work is divided into three main chapters.

In the first chapter I considered the basic concepts relating to unfair competition. Above all, what is competition, unfair competition, general clauses and its detailed explanation I also discussed an active and passive legitimation and a brief development in the area of unfair competition.

In the second part I described the major causes and consequences of unfair competition. I have analyzed the legal means of protection against unfair competition; I have focused on the resources contained in the Commercial Code. I also dealt with criminal means of protection by older and newer treatment.

In the last chapter I focused on unfair competition itself. I considered in detail the various facts and suggested ways to improve regulation in this area where possible in my opinion.
