Aplikace vybraných nástrojů Lean managementu v hutním podniku

Abstract

Předmětem předkládané diplomové práce je Aplikace vybraného nástroje Lean managementu v hutním podniku. Aplikace vybraného nástroje byla provedena na nákladovém středisku Údržba společnosti EVRAZ VÍTKOVICE STEEL, a.s. Diplomová práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsán Lean management, charakterizován hutní podnik a uplatnění Leanu ve zmíněném podniku. Praktická část této diplomové práce je zaměřena na popis vybraného nástroje – metodologii 6S, její průběh zavádění, způsob monitorování a vyhodnocování a popis samotné implementace metodologie. V závěru této práce jsou uvedeny poznatky z implementace (přínosy a problémy) a dotazníkové šetření, týkající se vyhodnocení vybraného nástroje. Diplomová práce je završena návrhy na zefektivnění implementace metodologie 6S.

The subject of the submitted thesis is “The application of a specific tool of Lean Management in a metallurgical company”. The application of the specific tool was performed in the cost centre Maintenance of the company EVRAZ VÍTKOVICE STEEL, a.s. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes Lean management, characterizes the metallurgical company and Lean implementation in the mentioned company. The practical part of this thesis is focused on description of the specified tool – methodology 6S, the course of its implementation, the method of monitoring and evaluation and description of the methodology implementation. In the conclusion of this thesis are stated findings from the implementation (benefits and problems). It also includes a questionnaire survey regarding the evaluation of the specified tool. The thesis is concluded by suggestions on how to implement the methodology 6S in the most effective way.
