Analýza vhodnosti a účinnosti interních auditů integrovaného systému managementu

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is assessment of suitability and efficiency of internal audits of integrated management system that are realized in organization and also proposals of eventual arrangements. The first part is devoted to the history, signification and roles of internal audits and the requirements of ISO Standards and also a general description of auditing are described here in detail. Afterwards there are presented attainments, properties and skills that should have a good auditor. The second part of the thesis defines a present status of internal audits in integrated management system. After that the audits are assessed and on the basis of analysis are devised the arrangements that lead to the process improvement and exit from internal audits.
