Benchmarking

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je využití metod benchmarkingu, jejich aplikace na konkrétní podniky a určit leadera v benchmarkingu. U každého podniku byly pro každý rok vypočteny nejdůležitější ukazatele, které nejvíce vypovídají o hospodaření firmy. Pomocí literární rešerše je nastíněno, co je podstatou benchmarkingu, jaká je jeho historie, kategorie a jak se realizuje.

The aim of this bachelor´s work was taking advantage of benchmarking methods, their application on concrete companies and determine leader in benchmarking. For each company were calculated most important indices for each year that reflect about company economy the most. By means of literary exploration of facts the principles of benchmarking, its history, cathegories and weak points are presented in this work.
