Územní studie lokalit Z5 a Z7 , Kravaře

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to formulate a territorial study in the frame of the urban solution and design of possible spatial layout of buildable areas Z5 and Z7, which are situated in the northern part of Kravaře. The solution contains a new development of family houses and detached houses. The study is executed in consideration of the character and the existing structure of the surrounding development and the Master plan of Kravaře at the same time. It includes three urban solution variants, the one of which is thoroughly examined in the terms of technical and transport infrastructure and public spaces. The chosen urban variant contains the complex suggestion of the layout in the above-mentioned area, concept, drafts of communications, transport, public spaces and sport plus leisure time areas.
