Abstract

This bachelor's thesis on the topic of mental health care of operators of the Regional Operations and Information Centres of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic analyses the level of stress among officers.. The theoretical part discusses mental health and its care. The second part deals with the Regional Operations and Information Centre, the positions there, the work stress and finally their turnover. The aim of the thesis is to highlight the problems that exist in the Regional and Operations Centre that may be affecting the mental health of the officers and then suggest solutions to these problems. The practical part is devoted to a questionnaire survey that shows the views and opinions of operators about their work and working environment.
