Optimalizace nákladů objektu v přípravné fázi životního cyklu

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is cost optimization in the preparatory stage of the life cycle of buildings. We focused specifically on building garages in the village Úpice. The theoretical part of the thesis is concerned with the basic description of the particulars stages of the life cycle of buildings, with the technical-economic characteristics of the construction work, with the cost of the life cycle of buildings and finally it describes the general principles of cost optimization in the life cycle of the building. The practical part is focused on the existing building, which his costs are calculated and his shortcomings are identified. All these shortcomings are optimized on a new draft of resolution in the preparatory phase.
