Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with design of control system for conveyor belt. It describes the original condition of the conveyor belt model, its original control options and sensors and actuators of the model. Then the programmable logic controller Siemens Simatic S7-1500, its peripherals, programming possibilities and HMI configuration options are described and the electrical circuit for controller – model connection and control is designed. In following, material transport algorithm is designed, system is programmed and tested and control interface for touch screen is designed.
