Zhodnocení výkonnosti energetického podniku

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení výkonnosti energetického podniku za období od roku 2013 do roku 2016 včetně srovnání výkonnosti podniku s konkurenčním podnikem a odvětvím. Hlavní činností energetického podniku je výroba a distribuce tepelné energie pro školská zařízení, byty či komerční sféru. Ke zhodnocení výkonnosti podniku je použita finanční analýza prostřednictvím vybraných poměrových ukazatelů. Výkonnost je dále zhodnocena pomocí souhrnných ukazatelů, a to Kralickova rychlého testu, Altmanova testu a indexu IN05. Pro komplexnost vyhodnocení výkonnosti energetického podniku je aplikováno mezipodnikové srovnání s konkurenčním podnikem a s odvětvím. Celkové vyhodnocení je realizováno pomocí bodovací metody.

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the performance of a power company for the period from 2013 to 2016, including the comparison of the performance of the company with the competitive company and the industry. The main activity of a power company is the production and distribution of heat energy for educational facilities, flats or commercial spheres. To assess the performance of a company, financial analysis is used through selected ratios. Performance is further evaluated using aggregate indicators such as Kralick's quick test, the Altman test and the IN05 index. For the complexity of the performance evaluation of the power company, an intercompany comparison with the competing enterprise and industry is applied. The overall evaluation is carried out using the scoring method.
