Analýza spotřebitelského chování na trhu s kuřáckými potřebami

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the behavior of consumers in the tobacco products market. The work is based on the primary survey, which was attended by 168 respondents. The research found the influence of reference groups on starting smoking, the most important factors that are important for respondents when switching from smoking cigarettes to smoking an electronic cigarette, the loyalty of consumers to the brand of the cigarettes or the most common place to buy cigarettes at.
