Zhodnocení motivace zaměstnanců v Mobilním hospici Ondrášek

Abstract

This bachelor thesis was made on the topic of evaluation of employees motivation in a selected organization, specifically the Mobile Hospice Ondrášek. This thesis aimed to analyze the current state of employees motivation, reveal motivating factors, their strength and then propose recommendations for improving or maintaining this state. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts of motivation, stimulation, frustration, deprivation and burnout syndrome. It also explains the link between motivation and job performance, motivational types of people and their leadership, basic motivational theory and work methodology. In the practical part, the organization itself and its field of work are introduced, and the questionnaire survey and interview are evaluated. Based on this analysis and the knowledge from the theoretical part, the findings are summarized and recommendations are proposed that could lead to improving or maintaining the current motivation of employees.
