Analýza a problematika zahájení živnostenského podnikání v České republice

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on analylsis and the issue of starting a business in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the basis of the performed analysis whether the number of trades decreased or, on the contrary, increased during the years 2018 to 2022. Another aim is to get the necessary information to start a business. In the first theoretical part of the thesis, the basic concepts from the field of trade business are defined, specifically what is a trade business, the breakdown and conditions for acquiring a trade, trade authorities, inspections and the trade register. The next part is focused on theory combined with practical knowledge regarding starting a trade business. This concerns the very establishment of the trade, possible expectations and risks, the area of the business plan, accounting and taxes. The practical and final part of the thesis is devoted to analysis. Using a comparition method, here is a comparison of the number of trade licenses in the Czech Republic from various points of view between 2018 and 2022 and the associated fluctuations is presented.
