Bioflotace Cu strusek

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem mikroorganismů Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans na bioflotaci vzorku měděné strusky, původem z lokality Krompachy. V teoretické části práce je popsáno využití mikroorganismu při bioflotaci, teorie bioflotace a je v ní také uvedena charakteristika bakterií použitých při bioflotačních testech. Cílem provedených experimentů bylo posoudit, jaký vliv mají bakterie Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans na obsah měďi ve vzorku strusky, po různé době působení na flotační rmut.

This thesis deals with the influence of microorganisms Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans on bioflotaci sample copper slag, originally from locations Krompachy. In the theoretical part of the thesis describes the use of the micro-organism bioflotaci, bioflotace theory and describe characteristics of the bacteria used in bioflotačních tests. The aim of the experiments was to assess what impact they have bacteria Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans on the copper content of the slag sample after different times of exposure to the flotation pulp.
