Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on diversity management in a selected company. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the related concepts of human capital, human resources and management. It describes diversity itself, diversity management and its history, its introduction into the company and its advantages in actual implementation. Age Management, Gender Relations Management and diversity within work teams are described separately. The practical part focuses on the implementation of diversity management in a specific company. The questionnaire survey focuses on employees' views on diversity itself and on their opinions and attitudes towards the programme with the help of which the company wants to implement diversity management. Based on the evaluation of these questionnaires, suggestions and recommendations for possible improvements are then made.
