Zpracování a vizualizace klimatických a fenologických dat v Jihočeském kraji

Abstract

In the present work are processed climate and phenological data located in South Bohemia region. Among these data is investigated mutual statistical dependence. The first part is description of phenology including a description of the monitored plants and climatology. The next section describes the input data and describes a method of processing. This is followed by a practical part which contains the calculated statistical characteristics, tables and graphs. The final part of the thesis contains a summary of the information and visualization with animation format. The final section is thus explained by the relationship between phenology and climate data at selected plants in South Bohemia region.
