Abstract
The aim of this study was analysis of the Employee Education and Development in society Litovelská cukrovarna, Inc. The first and last chapter is an introduction and conclusion. Second chapter deals with the properties Litovelská cukrovarna, aster chapter includes theoretical knowledge. In the fourth chapter, the analysis of the current process of education and development. In the fifth chapter, was designed by recommendations for improving the current system.
