Význam a tvorba vnitropodnikových směrnic pro společnost Alma Pneu, s.r.o.

Abstract

I focused on problematic of internal guidelines in the bachelor thesis. I cooperated with company ALMA PNEU s. r. o. during working on this thesis. Main goal of this thesis was to evaluate economic and accounting situation in the company. Because of gained information, I adjusted or created needed directives. In the first part I worked with theoretical aspects of internal guidelines , like their characteristic, meaning and division. In the second part I described current situation in chosen company. I delineated this situation by already made internal rules. After evaluation of this rules I choose fields, for which is necessary creation of new guidelines. Because of theoretical knowledge from the first chapter and practical information from the second chapter, I created proposal for adjustment of chosen guidelines .
