Analýza finanční situace vybraného podniku

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to draw up a financial analysis of ORT-ART, s.r.o. company, which operates the hotel by using choosen tools for measuring and managing of financial performance.The theory to the given issue is being discussed in the second part. It contains some basic terms and important equations as well as theoptimal approach for choosing the right financial analysis method. Third part of the thesis contains informations about the company background. In the fourth part, the financial analysis was made according to the worked up theory and in the last part, found problems were discussed and the optimal solution was proposed.
