Abstract

The purpouse of this Master´s theses is to design competency models for sales representative and associate producer intra the engineering company.

The first chapter is focused on used methods. Afterwards theoretical base of competency and competency models are explained. The chosen company and working positions are characterized in the next chapter.After it every phase, which is necessary for creating competency models, is realised.

Competency model designs for sales representative and associate producer are consisted of necessary competencies, which are linked by achievement, description of every competency and typical behaviour. Possibilities of real use are described too.
