Optimalizace flotace méně kvalitního černého uhlí

Abstract

This diploma thesis resolves optimalization of flotation tests of low-quality bituminous coal in dependendent on application by various inspissations flotation pulp (100, 120 and 150 g/l), by various dosing of flotation reagent Montanol 511 (500, 700 and 800 g/t) and effect of whitewash (Ca (OH)2) on ash content. Here is summary the present situation of flotation in practice and in theoretic part is described common principles of floatation, factors influencing flotation course of the process and itself floatation course of the process. In research has been used bituminous coal from Jankowice (Poland). From results passes information confirmative asset Ca (OH)2 for flotation, because it really lowers ash content. Addition Ca (OH)2 is contribution, but only when is inspissations flotation pulp lower and lower dosing of flotation reagent Montanol 511, because it influence there is a downtrend in production.
