The aim of the thesis is to processing land use study of locality Záhumenní in Lobodice by Tovačov, which will be based on valid conditions territoriel plan of Přerov.
The intention of the study is to design a functional and spatial utilization of development locations, which is intended for the construction of family houses, a nursing home and area for free time activities including furniture.
