Abstract

This thesis deals with the definition of disabled persons and a description of their potential integration into the labor market in the Czech Republic. In this work we define the basic terms, describe the main functions and tasks of the Labour Office of the Czech Republic, briefly specify the employment policy in detail and describes the tools and active employment policy measures that can take advantage of people with disabilities and examines their practical application, ie how these are applied in the labor market in the Czech Republic and especially in the labor market in the Region.
