Analýza financování a kvality rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Subject of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of financing and quality of employee development in a selected organization. The theoretical part, with the help of professional literature, describes and defines the basic concepts related to financing, quality, education and development of employees. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the education and development system using a written questionnaire and SWOT analysis. The result of the research are ideas and recommendations that should serve to possible improvements in the state of education and development of employees.
