Abstract
This diploma work consists of two parts. First one is designated to theoretical principles of laser scanning systems. It describes physical principle and functionality of laser systems, general workflow of measurement and processing of measured data. At the end of chapter there is analysis of different influences on measurement. Second part describes scanning workflow with HDS ScanStation C10 by Leica, processing of point cloud a 3D model creation.
