Abstract
The work with the system of waste management in company Fremach Morava s.r.o. describes individual types of waste originating within the production of spare parts for automotive industry and the way of handling with them. There are two possibilities how to decrease the amount of produced waste described in this thesis. It is dealt with visual management and program of clean production. We have decreased costs for waste management for 1/3 compared to the baseline state with the help of these environmental tools.
