Hospodaření v oblasti technické infrastruktury v podmínkách města Čadca

Abstract

This thesis deals with the provision of services in the field of technical infrastructure, particularly at the municipal level. This issue is applied in terms of Čadca, which provides the technical infrastructure services through its contributory organization - Municipal services company in Čadca. The goal of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate the economy of Municipal services company for the period of years 2009 - 2013 and submit a proposal for developing services in one of the technical infrastructure areas. The theoretical part of the work defines the basic characteristics of the technical infrastructure and the specifics of each sector at the national level. Subsequently, the practical part is stating the characteristics of Čadca town and Municipal services company, which is followed by the analysis of economy for the particularreported period. The last section addresses the assessment of economyand deals withthe proposal for developing services, namely the project of revitalization of urban park in Čadca including its financial reinsurance.
