Projekt Rosenthal 2010-2011 – návrh logistiky projektu

Abstract

Ako tému mojej diplomovej práce som si vybrala Projekt Rosenthal 2010 -2011 – návrh logistiky projektu v spoločnosti Rona, a. s. Práca je rozdelená na päť častí. Prvá časť obsahuje úvod, kde rozoberám čo je vlastne cieľ mojej práce. Druhá časť je teoretická, zaoberá sa odbornými poznatkami a základnými pojmami v skúmanej oblasti. V tretej časti podrobne charakterizujem sklársky podnik RONA a. s., ktorý bude vyvážať svoje výrobky do Talianska pre spoločnosť Rosenthal. V práci sú zvolené dve alternatívy dovozu tovaru, a taktiež sú tu rozobraté ich konkrétne parametre. Štvrtá časť uvádza konkrétne výsledky oboch alternatív, ktoré sa počítali metódou čistej súčasnej hodnoty a uvádza jednotlivé návrhy a odporučenia pre spoločnosť. Piata časť pozostáva zo záveru, kde celkovo zhŕňame čo sme v práci dokázali.

As the theme of my thesis I chose the Rosenthal Project 2010 -2011 - logistics of the project proposal in the company of Rona, a. s. The work is divided into five parts. The first part contains an introduction, where I analyze what is actually the goal of my work. The second part is theoretical and deals with the technical expertise and basic concepts of the studied area. The third part describes in detail the glass company RONA a. s., which exports its products to Italy for Rosenthal. Within the work, I chose two alternatives of imports of goods, as well as an analysis on their specific parameters. The fourth section refers to specific results of the two alternatives, which were calculated on a net present value and sets out the respective proposals and recommendations for the company. Part five consists of the conclusion, which generally summarizes the results of the work.
