Řešení kritické dopravní situace města Kolín

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematickou tranzitní dopravou vedenou městem Kolín, po silnici I. třídy I/38 a navazujících komunikacích. V předložené práci je hledán způsob zklidnění dopravy - návrhem vybudování odklonu dopravy za okrajové části města tzv. „obchvatu“. Navrhuje opatření stimulující k využití obchvatu. V práci je popsán i předpokládaný ekonomický dopad na zúčastněné subjekty a způsob čerpání dotací z Evropských fondů na rozvoj TEN-T. Řeší vliv stavby obchvatu na životní prostředí obyvatel města - expozici zdraví nebezpečných látek vznikající z dopravy.

The thesis pertains problematical transit traffic through Kolin city by road I/38 and related local communications. The thesis discusses a possible way of quiescing the traffic by diverting it beyond the Kolin city limits - building of the so-called "bypass". It proposes means for stimulation of the usage of the bypass. The thesis describes an estimated economic impact on all the subjects involved, and the ways of drawing resources from TEN-T European subsidy funds. It solves the bypass construction's influences on the environment of the city inhabitants and their exposure to substances dangerous to health being exhaled by the means of transportation.
