Abstract

This Bachelor work aids to analyze the customer satisfaction of LANEX company and determine the competitive position on the market of textile ropes and cords. To find satisfaction was used marketing research, which was realized by using electronic inquiries. Based on results of research were developed suggestions and recommendations which company will able to use to increase customer satisfaction, acquire new customers and improvement the market position.
