Theme: Problems of the Operational and Strategic Risk Analysis in Food Processing Enterprise
In the theoretical part of my diploma thesis I focuse to approach
of general issues of risk management analysis, to importance of quality in the manufacturing process and risks associated with social responsibility.
Next part is devoted to introduction and characteristic of a company where the particular solution of an analysis of operational and strategic risks – the Company Beskyd Fryčovice, Inc.
In the practical part was first performed analysis of quality
and operation Bramborárny and Loupárny. There were also described social responsibility - social, economic and environmental, the environmental study is analyzed in detail. The last analyze part was focused to summary of operational and strategic risks.
The last part try based on the analyzed data to propose and recommend measures that would contribute to more effective operation of the company.
