Mikromycety a jejich morfologie v laboratorních podmínkách

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the morphology of microscopic fungi in laboratory conditions. This work is focused on the basic characteristics of fungi, which includes the morphology, nutrition, reproduction, the species diversity and important species of fungi. In addition, attention is paid to the used culture media and laboratory work in the cultivation of microscopic fungi. In conclusion there are cultivated specimens of fungi described and evaluated.
