Návrh obsahu dokumentace pro uvedení občanské stavby do provozu

Abstract

The thesis is focused on analysis of documentation for putting a building into operation. In the introductory part, the concept of property management and its range are expanded. Next parts of the thesis are focused on theory of documentation for rendering and entrance of new buildings to use, and documentation required for managing the property. General theoretical analysis is applied to a particular building of civil amenity. It is the building of the Centre of Information Technologies and Applied Informatics in town Slavičín. At the end of the thesis there is a chart as an aid for quick orientation in the documentation needed for putting a building into operation.
