Návrh strategie dalšího rozvoje podniku Insta CZ s.r.o.

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se skládá z teoretických východisek, které popisují teoretické poznatky směřující k danému tématu, a to k strategii podniku. V další kapitole se zaměřuji na charakteristiku podniku Insta CZ s.r.o. včetně její historie, souboru jejích činností a organizační struktury. V praktické časti této práce se pak zabývám konkrétními finančními ukazateli firmy, které napomáhají k zjištění ekonomického stavu podniku, a také předkládám návrhy jednotlivých časových strategií, kterým by podnik mohl věnovat svou pozornost. V závěru pak shrnuji dosažené výsledky a doporučuji jednotlivé kroky vedoucí k posílení firemní pozice na trhu.

This thesis consists of theoretical points that describe the theoretical background leading to the subject, and the company strategy. In the next chapter, I focus on the characteristics of enterprise insta UK Ltd. including its history, its set of activities and organizational structure. The practical part of this work is concerned with specific indicators of financial companies, which help to determine the economic status of the organization, and also put forward proposals for individual time strategy, the company could pay attention. In conclusion, I summarize the results and recommend steps to strengthen the company's market position.
