Systém zabezpečení plošného pokrytí jednotkami požární ochrany v okrese Semily

Abstract

The graduation thesis is focused on problems of areal coverage creation and fire brigades in Semily district. The first part of the work gives information about theory of creation of areal coverage. There is a determination of degree of danger described, definition organization of Fire brigades for security of areal coverage, establishment of predetermined units, alarm plans and levels of alarm. The second part targets on the system of securing the fire prevention in selected countries and the comparison with the Czech republic. The third part deals with fire brigades in Semily district. The present situation of the discrict are included in this part, as well as statistics of emergency events, evalution of facilities and expensiveness of fire brigades according to categories. There are also the highlights of insufficiencies and suggestions of solutions.
