Abstract

This work brings us to a 10 000 m2 plot of land in Ostrava Svinov, where I proposed a set of 5 residential buildings. The space between them is surrounded and interconnected by greenery. This site is intended for people to meet and delegation of social life outside the house. The building is brick with a contact insulation, without a basement, and it has three floors. Parking is solved by roofed standing in front of the house. There was an effort to maximize the parcel usage and create a pleasant, peaceful living even in such a busy city as Ostrava is.
