Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the processing of partial project documentation for the notification of construction or for the issuance of a building permit according to Annex No. 12 to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. and for the implementation of a family house construction on plot No. 306/42 in the cadastral area of Muglinov, according to Annex No. 13 to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., to a reasonable extent according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on documentation of buildings. This bachelor thesis was elaborated on the basis of an architectural study from the subject Studio Creation I in the academic year 2020/2021, under the guidance of Ing. arch. Lucie Videcká. In the subject Studio Creation V, this study was modified and elaborated in more detail under the guidance of Ing. arch. Kateřina Riedlová, Ph.D.. Subsequently, it was elaborated into the form of project documentation in the subject Studio Creation Va, in the academic year 2023/2024, under the guidance of Assoc. Prof. Ing. Miloslav Bagoni, PhD.. The bachelor thesis focuses on the design of a family house for a four-member family in the urban district of Slezská Ostrava. The building is designed as a standalone two-story house with a flat roof, terrace, and covered parking for two cars. The work is divided into two parts - the textual part of the project documentation and the drawing documentation specializing in architecture. The architectural detail is the staircase.
