Analýza systému odměňování ve stavební společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with evaluating and rewarding of employess in a building company. Theoretical part defines of the main terms of assessment and remuneration of employees. Practical part describes charakteristic of the building company, analysis of the current remuneration systém, results of the realized investigation fosuced on remuneration and assessment and recommendation of possible modification within this systém.
